Shipping Policy
Overview
At Tealia, we carefully prepare and ship each order from Sri Lanka to ensure your tea arrives fresh, beautifully packaged, and ready to enjoy.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays
- During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Sri Lanka: 1–3 business days
- Asia: 3–15 business days
- Europe & UK: 5–15 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–15 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Free Shipping
We offer free international shipping on orders over $80 USD.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Customs clearance fees
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
Tealia is not responsible for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries due to customer error
If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)

Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery or product availability.
